Of course, with the Knights coming in... Gold is not a good idea.

We need to stop catering to other schools. We need to set some USF traditions, and do things that make USF look good. We have two colors: GREEN and GOLD, and we should not be afraid to use either of them. Say Michican State comes into town, do you think that nobody should wear green? I sure hope not.

I think gold bandanas would look a lot better than green, so we should use them. Why should we be afraid to use OUR SCHOOL COLORS because some other school happens to use one of the same colors?
