he will be an assistant but he will get another HC position at some point.

he is a good coach.  and a very good person.

Peter principle. We all rise to our level of incompetence. He is a much better assistant than a head coach.

Whatever negatives that happened under his watch wasn't intentional.

Anyone with a heart will wish him well, after all, he did all we could ask for and that was to try his best. He did.

Unfortunately, his best wasn't good enough.

If he didn't blow his money, he'll chill for awhile cause he made a heck of a lot more cash than any of us the past few years.
