Now, you agree with Dicky V that its the toughest job in America. And most coaches get fired, or "run out of town" I'm not sure how else you change coaches, the Dean Smith coach 30 years retire as a hero model isnt common. We will probably have to get someone who is looking to get back into coaching and make a name for himself. I think Marshall and Pelphry are waiting on bigger opportunities and you can't blame them for that. It's all about building a resume and right now USF could be a killer for a young up and coming coach who has had early success. JoeBulls Posted March 26, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 41 Content Count: 477 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 02/25/2007 Share Posted March 26, 2007 I do think its a GREAT job..I think the next guy hired is going to win here and I would be willing to put a nice wager on it.I think USF hasn't really had a good coach in a long long time.Mark my word, no matter who is hired, the guy is going to win next year.But - I do understand why Marshall doesn't want the job.The big MISTAKE was not hiring him 4 years ago when he wanted it.It is going to take a long time to get over how bad of a hire RMC was.it was a terrible hire by any objective stand point.
