Woolard is just wasting everyone's time and money actually interviewing people. I mean c'mon now, a reputation created a long time ago certainly is a lot more important than actually hearing a coach's recruiting methods and future vision for our particular program and situation. From now on we probably could just eliminate Woolard's salary and toss that into the coach's pool. We can just turn on ESPN and let the reporters hire our next coach. If basing things simply on a reputation is what you guys are looking fo then that's what you will get.Geez, let's just see how this plays out. probably the only person with any concrete information about who Woolard is targeting and talking to is probably Woolard himself at this point. My question was a sarcastic one.I think smazza is jumping the gun a bit by say Woolard is "asleep at the wheel". No one in the media knows exactly what is going and I am perfectly fine with DW being silent about the job search.new mexico and minnesota got job done

Apparently he has done something right over the past 10 seasons. It's hard to maintain the success level in a minor conference that Marshall has at Winthrop, so obviously he can recruit well. Now imagine how much better he can recruit using our conference affiliation, great location, and increasing budget.
