Once he gets his chance, there will be no stopping him.

Seriously, the guy shattered USF's records in two years of playing, one of those in a BCS conference.

I can't wait, because then my autographs of him will be worth even more and they will make me feel even more proud to say "Nope, not for sale".

Way to be positive...

Andre has just as good a shot as anyone else...at least he is getting one...did you ever?

Why wouldn't he have a shot at making it in the NFL.  Not only did he break all USF records, but I believe while he was at Garden City he broke Corey Dillon's records.  That's not to say that he is going to have a career like Dillon did, but he has a chance to be a productive back in the NFL.  The Broncos' system could be a good one for him as just about every back they have had there recently has produced.

smazza, I didn't say that breaking USF's records meant anything huge.

However, doing it in TWO years instead of FOUR is something huge.

Also, running for as many 100+ yards as he did against big schools was nothing to sneeze at.  Our worst performance in 2005 was out shutout against NC State at the MCCB, and he still got over 100 yards.  And that was against Mario Williams, the NFL First Round Pick in last year's draft.

I think he could be MORE than capable of hacking it in the NFL.

I also think it was smazza who stated that Andre Hall would not get drafted as early as everyone thought. myself included.

You shouldn't give him credit for that as if it was some moment of brilliance.

He poo-poos over everything USF, and then on the one time he was actually right, you claim he was smarter than everyone else?  Nope, he just throws crap on the wall and sees what sticks.

I think smazza should be in one of those ESPN commercials about talking sports out of your ass.  Hall will have his shot, he's worked hard, he's dedicated, and denver is definitely the place for him to shine.

... The Broncos are excited about running back Andre Hall, who finished the season on Denver's practice squad. It's unlikely Hall will be a contender for a starting job, but he could be a role player. ...

This ranks right up there with our little buddy's "Brett McMurphy is owed an apolgy" thread from football........... Kids these days.   ::)
