USF Athletics Launches New Spirit Group – Tryouts Thursday

TAMPA, Fla. (Feb. 26, 2007) – USF Athletics is looking for passionate and energetic females interested in joining a newly-created spirit squad called the Diamond Dolls.

The Diamond Dolls are a student spirit squad aimed at supporting the USF baseball team. The Diamond Dolls will greet fans, help sell team roster cards and serve as bat girls during the game.

If you are interested in becoming a Diamond Doll please come to the open interviews that will be held in the BIG EAST Room of the USF Athletic Building on Thursday, March 1, 2007 from 4 – 6 p.m.

Please bring a copy of your resume and student ID card, as all applicants must be female USF students.

When you come out to the game make sure you thank the girls for supporting the team. After all they are VOLUNTEERS!

USF doesn't already have diamond dolls?  Wow!  You are not a big time program until you have diamond dolls.  I'm sorry, but that's man law.  If you ever go to FSU and see their diamond dolls...you can understand why FSU is always ranked top ten in the country along with having a packed house!

In Tampa, there should be PLENTY of good lookin chicks to fit the bill.  You should circulate this info among the sorrorities as they could look at it like one of their philanthropy projects and if you did get them on board, you'd see more fraternities out at the games helping attendance as well.
