Donte Spires signed his LOI, but his Mom has not.  Per Josh on the radio, both need to sign for this to be valid.  Apparently she won't sign it until Friday at the earliest.  It still looks good for USF but it is not official yet.

From an earlier post, TE McGowan will sign in 2008 ... sure we'll have a few more.

So this will make room for Spires.

She can't sign until Friday because the paper work is being mailed from Pearl River to her home.
