Either Alvarado or Petrov should get another chance at punter this Spring.  I hope one of them shows enough to win the job, as both punt the conventional way.  I agree that the rugby style is what caused the 30 yard net - no time to get downfield and cover with no hang time.

The Defense will be fine, especially if McKenzie gets his waiver.

I love S.J., but he will not be hard to replace with the talent we have at WR.

Like someone else said, Ean will be missed most on special teams (although it doesn't really matter when your blockers get called for illegal blocks on 50% of the returns).

And on defense, our deep talent pool at OLB should compensate for losing Nicholas & St. Louis (oops, I mean Green).

And hey....how about having a star QB AND RB in the same backfield?!?!? That's never happened here before!!  Should be fun, barring injury.

No, CFN is actually one site that gives usf respect, actually.  I beleive they predicted 8 wins this year for the regular season, and they were dead on.
