He said the bowl budget numbers are a preliminary figure. The $236,500 amount for bowl tickets was an estimate, Costello said, based on USF selling about 2,200 tickets. [highlight]Costello said USF actually sold 3,200 tickets. Not a bad payday. If we can get 2 Big East teams in the BCS games we would make an absolute killing. Not really the 2nd team only gets 4.5M the money would go up a little bit more.Which would explain why the articles talked about USF costing the BE $4.5M when we beat West Virginia.
