At times it sounded loud in that place tonight.  Imagine if we put another 4000 people in the seats.  What a great college basketball environment that would be...........

I don't have to imagine, b/c I've been there when the Bulls have drawn sold out crowds and all three levels were pounding their collective feets into the floor. Talk about LOUD.

I was there inthe early 1990s when the Bulls beat UL and the place went nuts!

It can happen again with the right coach, players and fans who are given a chance to care again.

that was nothing compared to the 01-02 season when uf came here and the entire Dome was going nuts.

^see, my problem was that I was never involved in sports until after I had graduated.  If I had been remotely interested, I would have seen a LOT more games.

I'm with you on that!  Even though we lost, it was a great atmosphere.  If only we could get that more often...

Actually, it's about the same as what we have now, except we had a more charismatic coach that wound up doing absolutely nothing while he was here. Granted, I remember the UF game and the last FSU game at the dome, but other than those, there wasn't much to get excited about back then.

It's funny you say this. I got some inside scoop from an Iowa basketball player that played here in 92 when we beat Florida State and Iowa that year at home. He stated, that the Sun Dome was the craziest and scariest place he ever played! That is all their whole team talked about. Pretty impressive seeing the places that Iowa has to play!

Win and they will come!

Go Bulls!
