Could happen, but I don't see many similarities between Quinn and JPW.

Yeah I agree with Joe.  Let's get a few things straight coming out of HS Brady Quinn was larger then life recruit he was a legit 6-4 215lb QB in HS, JPW was 6-2 205, and he's closer to the 6-1 side.   Brady turned down Michigan, OSU, and MSU to attend ND coming, JPW committed to Bama early so it's hard to say who else would have entered the picture, but he wasn't that hotly sought after.  Brady was one of the few legit ranked recruits for ND the past few years, possibly underranked, whereas most of their other recruits have been way over-ranked.

Charlie Weiss helped improve Quinn's image from an NFL standpoint but remember Quinn up to that point was still a hot prospect with some big games and wins under his belt already in only a freshman and sophomore year.  Weiss helped sharpen Quinn's game and give him a more conducive system
