Definitely going to Auburn. Also going to Rutgers and whatever BE game is the week before or after.....we make our two week family vacation out of it, went to wvu and ville this year and cuse and rutgers the year before. Didnt realize we were playing at FAU but will try to make a day trip out of it......hopefully its saturday at noon then we could drive home after game.

Birmingham or Atlanta ?

Correct...time wise...its 2 hours shorter than driving to Birmingham...and might even be quicker or about the same time if one drives to Tampa International...waits for their flight.....flies to BHM or ATL....gets luggage...rental car...then drives to Auburn/Opelika.

Not many hotels are available close by...and since Auburn does play many night games...many Auburn fans grab them up first.

FAU is a definite.  I just think they may have to give the visitors more room.   I know we should travel well there.

Insofar as Auburn is concerned, work issues have to be resolved first.  If I can take Thursday and Friday off before game day I will be there.  So at the moment there is a 75% chance I'll be able to go the Auburn game.

Will definately be at the FAU game. Since FAU is 10 minutes from my house. Possibly the Auburn game as well.
