USF football definitely drew me in to USF Athletics and to some degree, the University as a whole.

I used to go to the basketball games while in undergrad. Graduated before the football team began playing (Spring 96). The more I follow the football team, the more excited I become about USF in all sports and in general.

And, I can honestly say that a lot of that has to do with the way the footballprogram is run. Had we stayed in IAA any longer, or if we only occassionallywon a game (e.g a persistent <.500 set of seasons) I doubt I'd be this enthusiastic. That is how I am related to USF. When my son was attending USF there was no football at all. My son's enthusiasm for the school moved me to follow the school's activities. The football program coming into being solidified that.GO BULLS!!!!
