... for doing nothing besides "having a good attitude".

... Ean Randolph ...? That guy made more plays in 1 season than Julmiste did in his entire career! ...

Randolph: 5 TD's (4 Receiving & 1 Punt Return)

Julmiste: 31 TD's (17 Passing & 14 Rushing)

Obviously you did not know of the 2004 TCU Game.

Shoop, I just thought of another example: Anthony Severino, hes been our 3rd/4th string QB for 3 or 4 years now. Its been reported before that during the summer workouts he is out there running the offense, and I'm sure he works his butt off. When he is a senior (he has 1 more year I think) should we just say well he only played in one game his career, screw him.  (No there probably wouldnt be a specific thread about him, it'd be thanking seniors, but you get the idea).

Agreed, ET.  Appreciation should be the only thing discussed on this thread, and Pat needs to know we appreciated what he brought to the team and school.

I appreciate Pat Julmiste bringing his brother to USF. Hows that?  ;)

Shoop, you are still a moron.  Backhanded compliments are no compliments at all.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.
