I placed my order online through the USF link 4-5 days before the 14th.  I haven't received anything yet.  Has anyone else had any problems?  If I don't see them in today's mail, would calling the ticket office help at all?  Thanks.

This happened to me last year.  You can pick up your tickets at the team hotel.  They will most likely have a table with a couple people working it.  It wasn't a problem at all last year for us in Charlotte.

My tickets (ordered through a booster) were delivered yesterday afternoon. I picked them up today.
