I suggested an additional or new moderator for this board months ago, but nobody listened to me then... with all due respect to our current one, a more active moderator would have moved these spams out months ago.

If others feel there is a need for another moderator....I have no problems stepping down.  This board in general is very tame...doesnt have personal attacks....and until recently had no problems with random junk being posted.  I'll admit I dont post on the boards like I use to...unfortunately have gotten real busy in my job...but I do my best to check in on this board several times a week to make sure if anything needs taken care of it does.

A different moderator isn't needed, but perhaps additional ones aren't a bad idea.

The spam has been happening on this board because the main board doesn't allow guest access anymore.

So this is the next board that gets all the action from the anonymous posters.

Shizz, I wasn't attacking you personally... you're right, until recently this board has been pretty tame.  But there's been so much spam lately that I don't even frequent this board anymore... and I can't be the only one.

Like Velcro said, an additional one may not be a bad idea, even if it's just to move crap off this place so that it's more tolerable again.

No problem, I have no issue with getting some help....especially if this continues with the SPAM.  I'll be honest and say with work and traveling, its hard getting on the board everyday....so if someone else steps up to help, I think its a good idea.
