They will host Marshall and Memphis, who they played on the road this season. And two of their crossover games with SMU, Tulsa and UTEP from the C-USA West Division will be at home as well.UCF will play four non-conference games, the first against 2005 national champion Texas on Sept. 15, which will also serve as the opener for UCF's new, on-campus stadium. The Golden Knights' previously scheduled trip to Florida next season was replaced with a matchup at N.C. State, the first ACC opponent the Knights will have faced since 2001.The non-conference portion of UCF's schedule also includes a trip to Tampa to continue its series with USF (Sept. 8) and a home game against Louisiana-Lafayette, currently slated for Sept. 29."It doesn't have anything to do with competition," O'Leary said of the Florida game. "The most important thing for us with this new stadium is to get at least six home games every year."

Guest r_to_the_izzo
They drop Florida and pick up a road game at NCST. So they had their 6 home games, they just wanted a weaker team.

Do they expect that NC State will be horrible 2 years in a row?
