Yes, starts at 6:00 PM, eating begins around 6:30.  Show up early to check in and get your wristbands, if you're doing the buffet.

You can also take the trolley that runs around Birmingham to the BBQ, but you'll have to walk around 4-5 blocks to get there from the stop.
