Mandarin has scheduled an official visit with the Bulls on January 19th. Besides South Florida, Sinclair plans to take officials to North Carolina and West Virginia. Washington had a huge year. Was in the paper down here most saturdays. Of course he plays on Noel Devine's team so there is always publicity with that.
