I don't believe so, but I do believe all the big east conference games will be.  I remember reading something of that nature this summer.

We are coming off a 7 win campaign going against a 19 win campaign...

what is wrong with him saying that?  

We are short handed for the next 7 games.  We need to survive these 7, then everything changes.

I think the Bucs being on MNF might also be a factor in number of potential viewers in the Tampa market
