I say we get up by 10 and let PJ finish.  Grothe is too important to our offense to risk it if we can manage without him.  Let him start, hopefully, go up early and let the D take us home.  In USF's position a one point win is just as good as a blow-out.  We are not ranked high enough for style points to count.

Otherwise, kiss Louisville and WVU good-bye.  Julmiste has 0 chance of beating those two teams on the road.

We need Gregory to get some reps as well, Matt is already dinged, if PJ gets hurt we have GG with virtually no throws in a real game.

he has no throws because he's switching to DB, or so people have said on this board.

thankfully Grothe is ok, whew!

If PJ were to play against Syracuse we would lose.

PJ did start last year and we won 27-0.  I know, we had Andre Hall, but 27-0.  As someone else mentioned, PJ put the only points on the board vs Cincy.

I'd prefer to have grothe out there until the game is put away, then put in Julmiste for a series, then Gregory for the rest of the game.

Ok, one of those (Gregory, Severino) is redshirted, right?  I thought it was Gregory and was calling for Severino when Matt got hurt.  We need to invest time and experience in the future.

I say start Pat and if possible, play the third.  Save Matt until we need him to pull those two out or save him completely for the last two games.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

Act like you’ve been there before. Turns out, for many of us, we haven’t been there before.
