Ok...  so I didn't think I'd actually have to SAY that this would only apply to those who use Florida plates....  

For those of you who have recently renewed or don't have to renew until after the deadline of this offer, I believe that you can upgrade your tag for a nominal charge.  The new one will renew at the time as your old tag would have.

Call 813-635-5200 (for Hillsborough County, only) for the cost of a mid-year upgrade.

Time to show Bull Pride AND help USF.  The $25 (after the first year, if USF pays) is a tax-deductable contribution.

Here's the rankings of specialty plates through 2005.  I'd like to see us pass UCF within a year.

Looking at UF, at 86,788, makes me excited to think what USF could do with an extra $2,169,700.
