no turnovers and we win.  tough tough game.  looking forward to it. I think Steve L is pretty accurate in what most on this board think about this game.  Ponton running alot means we win but not just cause we give him the  ball but because we are moving the ball and controlling the clock.

What got my attention in a superficial stat review was the #1 and #2 receivers with more touchdown receptions (6+5=11) than our entire team.  Randolph, our leading receiver in terms of TDs has 3.  

But as pointed out in an article I read somewhere on Google, the last time the Pitt defense played a pass/run QB was against Michigan State and it gave them fits, losing 38-23.

We'll have to see if our pass defense is up for the aerial assault and hope that our offense produces.

Palko has had a pretty solid year up until the Rutgers game.  I'd have to put him in the Top 5 or 6 QBs this year.

If we don't blitz, they will kill us. "Safe" defensive footbal has worked against running teams. But this is a passing team.

IMO we nneed just enuff of an ability to run to keep the Pitt D honest and then this game may come down to who scores last.  Matt must stay away from the INTs.  The loose Bull DBs has me concerned plus the day game may take some of the RJS mystique away.  BTW no wonder this is the BE GotW.  It's the only Sat. game.  Bulls win a close one 35-28 or maybe 34-31.
