we sing the alma mater at half time? I think a number of other schools do this. I think it would be a great way to get the students involved and ready for the second half.

Honestly, I don't think I even knew those words. But, that's the problem.... nobody ever hears the song or sees the words so how can they learn it. I'm sure the first couple of times we try to sing it it'll be quite bad. But, after a seasons worth of home games I think we'll have it down pretty good.

Typed without looking them up because I have been singing them at every football game and basketball game I've attended since 1990.

Of course, back then they actually put the words on the scoreboards/screens.

I think there should definitely be a time where we all sing the alma mater. But I'd love to see us all sing the fight song too, because no one knows that either.

Ok... after reading the alma mater I think the fight song would be better. But, I think this is a good idea for next year.
