yeah, and Cincy is actually a decent team judging by who they have lost to and how, which we knew going in.  UConn wasn't good last year, and army had a ridiculous losing streak.

Army was worse because it was at home and army is a joke.  UCONN was worse because of the timing of that loss.

This was is easily #3 worst loss in program's history.

there was this little thing called the world series on last night...that prob actracted a few viewers away from our game.

It was pretty bad and in the same league but not for the same reasons.

Army was a game we were winning by a large number and then we collapsed.

UConn was a game we could have won but made some serious mistakes.

Cinci was more about a long night of mistakes and odd play calls. That fake punt was the turning point in my book-- maybe things are different if we just punt and hold them to get the ball back. Lots of missed opportunities but also some bright moments for the defense which were all pretty much wasted. We needed this game more than the Army one and about as much as UConn.

I don't think the TV thing is as big a deal as some make it out to be--  depends on the number of people who actually cared to watch what amounted to a snoozefest.

Cincy  gave UL and VTech all they could handle at their places and gave OSU fits until the last quarter.

Their defense is the most aggressive in the Big East. We had to try to beat them with long completions but we failed at it and allowed them to get more agreesive as the game went on.
