This is a Custom South Florida Bulls Pocket Pro Helmet. They are part of the WAC in Division 1-A.  Helmet is about 2" high.  This is the helmet with the green decal used from 2003-2004  I’ve been doing custom football work for 2 years now, and I include lots of pictures so you can see the quality of the product.  Good Luck!
