Honestly after #1 the next 3 teams are all a coin flip on a neutral sight this year, IMO.  Miami and FSU both have slightly better D's and slightly worse O's.

They've fallen alot further than we've risen in the past 2 years, although I do like our progress.  But the canes i remember when I went there in 2001 seems like a very distant memory now.  Remember, the 49'ers used to be a dominant team for many years, too.
