There isn't much to explain. I think it shows how far C-USA has fallen if they are one of the better teams in that league.

Turnovers will hurt any team, but it has been pretty evident that they don't have as much speed at the skill positions that their BCS opponents have and they don't have the size/speed on the lines that the BCS teams have.

I'd be real curious to see what happens if they do not end up going to a bowl game because that is certainly possible given their remaining schedule.

Pitt got up quick, "forcing" UCF to try and pass.  To win games, UCF has to keep it close and eat the clock (see lack of speed above).  Once that went out the window, so did UCF's chances for keeping it close.

UCF looks forward to playing us, the players get pumped, the coached get pumped, the fans  get pumped.  "Rivalry" games bring out different teams.  We didn't play the cupcake team that showed up against Pitt.

What ever could go wrong for UCF did.   They are suffering a lack of a good QB.  Moffitt does the best he can but just doesn't seem to have the skills.
