New First Down Tradition at Football Games!

I overheard one of the cheerleaders say that they were going to get the crowd doing the wave last night. Shortly after that, the students in the Beef Studs area started getting people to do the wave. The wave got going, even with the empty sections.

It should be outlawed ......... As mentioned on another thread, what it does is detract attention from the game. The majority of the non-student crowd doesn't need any help with that.

yea thats what they were doing at the bowl game....PA annoucer..."and that is another NC state....."  and the crowd would yell FIRST DOWN.

He did it for the Bulls, too... we just didn't have as many.

But at RayJay, while he paused... he still said "FIRST DOWN!!" after the crowd did... sounded a bit lame.
