The obsessed folks to the east are claiming it wasn't higher than 10K.  I went over there looking to see what they were saying about our first half, and wasn't disappointed with their wackiness.

the student section was full at that was 8K alone.  the problem...the game camera is pointed towards the visitors side so it looked empty.

it wasnt a great turnout buy i say around 24K

I would guess they will announce 26,000 (17,000 season, 7,000 students/jr bulls and 2,000 singles sold).  From the looks of it, only about 2/3 of the season seats were actually there so I would guess about 21,000 butts in seats.  Students were rocking and didn't bail on the team when it did not look good.

that number was probably a guestimate-- it was a decent crowd all things considered (holiday weekend, tons of competing games for the casual fan interest, 1-AA opponent, yada yada yada). They sure got loud when they needed to though in that third quarter.
