I don't see how how can compare Tallahasse and Gainsville to Tampa.  There's absolutely nothing to do in those places, whereas Tampa and Miami are large cities that have more than just a college.

University of Miami

i don't think miami has 49,000 students there, but i could be wrong.  we are not a commuter school anymore, over 3,000 students live either on-campus, or within walking distance to campus, and i'm sure parking is a hell of a lot better then it is at uf.  also we are currently working on finishing a new parking garage, and will be building another one starting soon.  obviously the writer didn't look too into our parking situation, or asked people who know nothing about it.  on a side note, the miami vs florida state game is (according to ESPN) is in miami this year, not in tally.  and congrats jenna for making the paper.
