 Like the guy said earlier, I advise to park to the North. It costs $$ but it is a lot funner and you can tailgate.

 As far as weather, probably going to be mid 60's if sun is out and 50's if it's raining. remember this is going to be a night game, so we won't have the sun to warm us up. Bring a light jacket thats rainproof as it rains a lot in Sept & October here. I got married on Set. 18th in the early 90's and it was raining. So I have kept track every year since than and it has rained every Sept 18th since then except 2 times. So the 23rd is probably going to be rainy also.

  PLEASE WEAR A HAT as umbrellas are an absolute bug to me.

  I hope you like this place, as I have lived in Topeka my whole life, I like Lawrence A LOT. Very pretty town. Just remember, what you see in Lawrence, it is the exact opposite in Mancrappen (KSU). What a $hit hole that is!!!

Kansas, hope we can meet up at the game.  I ordered my tickets, but haven't gotten them yet.  My son in law lives in Witchita and we are driving up for the game.  He graduated from Embry Riddle, but I will make a Bull of him yet.  My yet to be born grandchild will be sporting a "Future Bull" onesy that I bought for her/him at the bookstore, but at a week old, he/she will still be too young for this game.

2005 - 71 degrees, mostly cloudy

2004 - 76 degrees, clear (but it was 58 at 9:00)

2003 - 81 degrees, clear

2002 - 76 degrees, clear (but it was around 60 by 9:00)

2001 - 62 degrees, overcast

2000 - 55 degrees, light rain

1999 - 80 degrees, clear
