One consequence of the transition between Steve Orsini and Keith Tribble as UCF athletic director: The Golden Knights will operate without a budget for the next month or so. The athletic association's board of directors canceled its annual June meeting and won't approve a budget until early August. Then again, with all the debt the Knights are accumulating, it's almost as if they haven't had a budget for a while anyway.

I think that means there will be little admin spending till then(not including the big projects, which have been budgeted).
