I don't think Wade is top 5, top 10 definitely.

my rankings

1 Lebron (would be rising if possible)

2 Dirk

3 Garnett

4 Shaq (declining)

5 Nash

6 Duncan

7 Wade (rising fast)

8 Pierce (rising, believe it or not)

9 Kidd (falling)

10 Billups

11 Arenas

12 Brand (rising)

13 Paul (rising fast)

14 J. O'neal

15 Carter

16 Howard (not juwon either)

I had to go past 10, there is so much freaking talent

Dwane Wade is a good player but he is not the best in the NBA.  Give it a few years and he will be second only to Lebron but he still wont be the best.  That being said in order for the Heat to win the series they need to win the next two and then the series still wont be sealed.  If the Heat must win two in Big D they are royally screwed but if they gotta win one they are only screwed.  That being said, I hope Dallas wins the next two games because I hate the team from Cuba!

And Heat fans beware because the Magic will be back to winning next year.

GO MAVS!

Very scared... say, how is Grant Hill doing?

Exactly

We're Bulls, so it's ok to hate the team from "Cuba".

I thought Tampa fans did not care about the NBA?  ;)

You gotta love fans from the biggest bandwagon city in the U.S.

florida doesn't need 3 basketball teams.  The Magic are close enough.

Steve Nash is not the best player in the league talent wise, but definiely the most valuable player.  The Suns did what they did this year without Amare.  Where would the Spurs be without Duncan, not in the playoffs.  That comment about Nash being a ball hog is ridiculous, couldnt be farther from the truth if you tried.

Lebron and Wade, its really a toss up.  Lebron is the better player, but Wade has that killer instinct and passion to win.  I really couldnt tell you who I would pick, probably Lebron due to the fact Wade looks a lot better because of Shaq.

Top 5

1) Bron Bron

2) Kobe (incredible, has Odom and then ZERO role players)

3) Duncan (when completely healthy)

4) Steve Nash

5) Wade

honorable mentions - shaq, dirk, arenas, brand, KG, Amare (might be #1 in 2 years)

Soon to be in the top 5 Chris Paul and Charlie Villanueva, who may be traded straight up for Jermaine O'Neal his potential is that great.

We should trade the Devil Rays and the Lightning straight up for the San Antonio Spurs.  We need the NBA in Tampa.

You gotta love fans from the biggest bandwagon city in the U.S.

Correction....

I am not a bandwagon fan of the Miami Heat. I have been a fan since they started in 1988 (since I was 5). I was there through the ugly years when we had Steve Smith and Glen Rice. Then the years of Zo, Hardaway, Lenard, etc... and now with Shaq and Wade.

While Miami has bandwagon fans... I am definitely not one

These days, you don't have natives that were born in Miami, thus the passion is not there. You will notice that there are Dolfans, Marlins fans, and Heat fans all over the country attending "away" games because they have left Miami.

People show up to games when we win. (Kind of like USF's situation). It's simply entertainment down there... NOT passion
