I believe you guys will do better this year in attendance since you have more people excited and you are getting USF and USM at home which would be more attractive games.

USF's attendance should dip a bit since we dont have anyone in our schedule who would match FAMU,UCF,Louisville or WV.

I believe that if we win and win early... those games towards the end will increase our average attendance.

It will be quite telling if the Bulls come home 4-0 to see what the attendance on the Friday night game vs Rutgers that is on ESPN turns out to be.

And if we win that, what the U-Conn attendance is at 5-0.  You'd like to think this would be a 40K+.

Would have been nicer if the CUSA Championship game would have counted towards our home attendance.  At least we wouldn't have finished last in the BE, though...

Just a question - did UCONN sell out every game?  That is one hell of a round number to average...

Yes.

The game is on ESPN2 ... and since it will have been a few weeks since the last home game, attendance should be okay - but not steller.. maybe 32,000 - 35,000.  U Conn will be about the same despite a 5-0 record.

Now, the Pitt game will be closer to 40,000 since USF should be 8-0 going in to that game and in the top 25... :-)

If we don't average 40K a game it will be a disappointment imho.  We have enough students, alumni, and fans that the lower bowl should be filled every game.

Average 40,000 this season? The only chance that we would have is if we're undefeated going into the Pitt and Syracuse games, where we should attract more fans based on moving into the Top 25 and having another crack at the BCS game. I just don't see it.

McNeese and FIU will struggle to draw a crowd. We could have nice crowds for Rutgers and UConn.

Win and they will come.

What the UCF number shows is the Tulsa game, but it also shows their Hurricane game against Tulane...
