Would have been nicer if the CUSA Championship game would have counted towards our home attendance.  At least we wouldn't have finished last in the BE, though...

Just a question - did UCONN sell out every game?  That is one hell of a round number to average...

Actually they DID count the CUSA championship in that number. You had 5 home games in reaching that number

That is impossible.

The CUSA game was our 6th.

I'll give it a whirl:

Memphis

Houston

Marshall

Tulane

So we only had 4!  You are correct.

However, they did NOT include the Tulsa game.  If they did, it would have been in the 30's.

If we had 25K at the games that would be 100 + 50 = 150.

Divided by 5 would be 30K.

And I know we had more than 25K per game although I can't find it now.

You are correct.  They did count the Tulsa game.  My apologies.

Although the number I come up with is slightly better at 28,542.

It doesn't surprise me though now that I think about it.  Our first game was after losing our 17th in a row and Tulane was a Friday night after a blowout loss to Southern Miss.

Houston was the game that really started getting everyone to believe.  And that one, and of course the next one, were VERY well attended.
