1) What is the minimum SAT/ACT score I need to achieve?

The minimum SAT score is an 820 and the minimum ACT score is a 17. These scores will be compared with your GPA on a sliding scale. Your scores directly correspond with your GPA, so the higher your GPA the lower standardized test score you will need to achieve.

2) What is the minimum GPA I must obtain?

A 2.5 is the minimum GPA, but it is based on a sliding scale with standardized test scores.

Hmmm last i checked FSU has been BCS even longer and they lose a few yearly

What dose BCS have to do with Academics? The BCS is an Athletic Classification not an ACADEMIC classification.  BCS teams as well as none BCS teams  lose players every year to grades. Turkey you need to learn for some, and I use the word “some†loosely, of these college players are not going to college to get a degree they just want to play football and try to make it into the NFL.

I was talking about recruiting playes who can't meet the minimum entry requirements not losing players because of grades.

BCS = Below College Standards

You got that right! I think we will see him real quick in the season, at least for a look-see since we start with some easy teams.  Once he settles down in a real setting, I believe the fans will insist on him playing.
