we may be the crap con of the bcs but...

our payout per school is sweet

so no dilution unless it truly adds to the pot ie. ND or bust

scheduling is the ADs job so they should quit complaining and do it

also we could work out deals with the indy for a defecto "9th" member (ND 2-3 games, navy 3-4, army 3-4 = 8+ games a year)

Blah, the payout per game theory is kinda skewed because our lower bowls pay much less than the other conference's lower bowls and we don't have a title game. I agree if we do add a team it must be something worth our while.

ND has signed on to play 3 games against BE team, they filled 2 with Rutgers and Pitt through 2016, I expect the 3rd game will probably be Syracuse/WVU rotation, least thats what I've read.

Joe, I'm not doubting you, but have been hoping ND might want to appease their massive Florida fan base by making USF one of the three games.  Where did you get your info?

The deals to play BE teams came out last Nov, they immediately signed teh extension w/ Rutgers and Pitt. The Cuse/WVU came from an article, I'll see if I can find it.

As for their Florida fan base they are playing nuetral site games in Orlando in 2009 and Jax 2010 (or 2011), against  what they described as"lessor opponents."

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO what you are saying is that if / when USF wins the Big East we will not be the "lesser opponent"........

No, they are looking at schools like Army, Navy, MAC team, etc.
