I am not trying to argue that Raymond James is a USF owned stadium because it is not.  I just should not have to hear or read comments like the one above since the stadium is not supposed to be owned by the Bucs either (even though a reality check shows that they do, for free I might add).  Bucs butt kissers make it sound like USF doesn't belong there.

On paper yes... but the way it seems to be handled... you'd think the Glazers built it with a clap of thunder and a lightning bolt.

Ha Ha how true.  This better illustrates the point which I was trying to make.

No.   But if it was built for the "community" then the state university football team in the community should be able to play there without having to hear idiotic comments like "its not your stadium, its the almighty bucs stadium".

I don't think anyone would have said a thing until some started ******** about how it's OUR stadium and how dare they talk to ND about playing a game there ...

People also thought that the money was going to be invested in education and law enforcement in addition to the stadium.

It has been. In addition to the stadium, the CIT does generate a lot money for the municipialities in that regards.

Guys, it doesn't matter who ND plays in RJS - there will still be more Blue and Gold there than the fla team - whoever it is.  And we have no control over the game if it is an ND home game - they will be negotiating with the TSA/Bucs and not USF.  I say make it a true home game for USF.  At least we could control the season ticket seats between the 10's and the student endzone.  ND would probably go for it because it would still leave them with a "home" game to play at another neutral site yet accomplish their Florida recruiting trip.
