I just should not have to hear or read comments like the one above since the stadium is not supposed to be owned by the Bucs either (even though a reality check shows that they do, for free I might add). And we have no control over the game if it is an ND home game - they will be negotiating with the TSA/Bucs and not USF. I say make it a true home game for USF. At least we could control the season ticket seats between the 10's and the student endzone. ND would probably go for it because it would still leave them with a "home" game to play at another neutral site yet accomplish their Florida recruiting trip.
