"University presidents received updated Academic Progress Rating (APR) numbers, the new, penalty-attached measuring stick for how well schools sign, keep and graduate athletes. Presidents are taking this seriously, and making sure everybody in their athletic department and conference is, too. A consistent violation can result in loss of scholarships."

These are not APR numbers, but rather "opinions" from a variety of people in college football such administrators, coaches, athletic directors etc...

In other words, take it with a grain of salt b/c there is plenty of opportunity to manipulate this "rankings".

The real APR are will be released in a few months.

These are NOT the APR, these are numbers created by the Orlando Sentinel that have been paraded around the many sports boards by UCF fans.
