Cursing at Football Games

Let me explain why I'm asking.  I went to the bowl game...  I went with a group of current students and alumni.  Our group was very loud and noticed children in our midst.  I felt slightly embarrased.  Just wanted opinions.

I was having the same dilemma when I was at the bowl game... cuz I was cursing up a blue streak at the team and finding myself having to curb it when fans with kids came by. I'd say it's all good, but be aware of who's around. If you're in the heart of the student section or a group of dedicated adult fans, let 'er rip.

if kids are around then NO but if you are with your boys and you are not over board and loud then i see no problem with it

I'd have to say there isn't a need for profanity at the games, unless it's projected at our lack of offense.

It is not acceptable around me.  Not only because I have a family with me and other kids in my section, but also because takes away from the enjoyment of the game.

Cursing is not required ... but most importantly being aware of your surroundings and having respect for them.

Although I do my share of blasphemy, I aint' a big fan of blatant and overt potty mouth. And although It is a bit rude, I do love the BULLS#!T chant when we get a bad call...    Does that make me a bad person?
