If you are going to make tags on the fly there, can you pre-print some images on the tags identifying the Bulls and TheBullsPen.com?  You never know... there might be a plumbers' convention in town.  Generic name tags could lead to some strange conversations...

I would count on a LOT of walk-ups.  Best to have 100 or so blank name tags.

I'm not sure what the Bull Backers are doing, we have more than 50 people there, so we might have a few attend or a lot attend.

That's exactly what I was going to do.  I'll have them preprinted with the Bullspen.com logo, and have spaces where you can fill in your board name and real name.
