I took that to be related to the idea of the program being self-driven by the players.  That it would hum along off of the players efforts and not as dependent on the coaching staff for motivation.  However, I am jaded and know that we are on borrowed time with CAG.  I find myself looking for signs of dissatisfaction from him.
