A look inside the heated negotiations over the latest CFP deal, and the unstable landscape that lies ahead. https://sports.yahoo.com/how-the-new-college-football-playoff-format-came-to-be-and-what-it-means-for-the-sports-future-165149801.html One snipet: Schwarz wonders when that will happen in other conferences. In the ACC, should Boston College, Syracuse and Wake Forest worry? In the Big Ten, should Northwestern, Purdue and Rutgers be concerned? What about Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, Missouri and Ole Miss in the SEC?

Wow, sounds fair to me.... I guess they think fans from teams left out of the playoff system and revenue sharing will still watch the playoffs? I find it interesting how much people watch the product even when their team is not anywhere in the picture.

Outside of the AAC, I enjoy following those teams.

I sorta wish the P2 would breakaway.

No breakaway. I wouldn't mind bringing it back compared to the subjective invitational we had. All FBS conference winners should go then use rankings to determine the rest. CFB needs more parity. Top 7 team are subject to promotion or stay in the power4 conferences. The only way this would be good for g5 with regulation built in .
