Oh, my. I think they were top 30 NET, too. Meanwhile TAMU and Miss St. made it with double digit L’s… P5 bias has now infected March Madness.

Look at the teams in the SEC vs the AAC

The SEC is overrated crap. They will all get exposed in the tourney. Tennessee might go a few rounds deep, though.

Oh my, it’s even worse. Michigan St. at 19-14 got in LOL.

Miss State was 31 and tex am 45 so not some huge reach there.  they both finished strong in a much better conference obviously.  "Snubs" happen every year.

Mich State is 24 in the net rankings.  These teams have more losses because they play much tougher schedules.

Finished #28, winning their conference regular season champ, 1-4 Q1, 4-1 Q2, 22-1 Q3/4 ..... Guess this has been going on awhile but we just haven't noticed/cared for obvious reasons. Maybe college football was inspired by the basketball ********.

Perceivably much tougher schedules*

NET can be gamed.

Correct. Michigan St. did not beat anyone of value in non-conference games (Duke, JMU, Arizona) except Baylor and then went 10-10 in a weak Big Ten. This one stinks of name brand recognition, not quality basketball.

Michigan State's strength of schedule was 13 ... ours was 117 ...  Indian State's was 103

You're kidding right?   Half the field of 68 comes from nonP6 conferences.

Incorrect.  They played the 13th toughest schedule.

Only until they can figure out a way to cut that to add more P6 ..... but you're right about the current situation. They found a way to **** with the NIT in their favor, it's only a matter of time.
