First time listening to him and I liked his no nonsense explanations.  Sounded like Jose a bit with being blunt.

Coach, it is not the competitiveness. It is your game plan and your strategy. It is not going to work. You have one game plan, which is to pass to find open shots. That is easy to defend, especially if the shots are not falling. How about a game plan that involves feeding our taller players down low? I would think that would be easy points and/or getting their best players in foul trouble.
