From the Panther's site:

Alcohol Policy

Panthers fans who consume alcohol are encouraged to drink responsibly. Patrons who are obviously intoxicated will not be admitted into the stadium. All alcohol sales require a picture ID as proof of age. You must be at least 21-years-old to purchase alcohol. Only two beers will be sold at any one purchase per person. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter. Sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of stadium management.

Assistive Listening Devices

Headsets and receivers for multi-channel LPB Radio-Aide are available for no charge at the Guest Services Booth on the 100 level at the North Gate. Either a drivers license or credit card will be required as a deposit.

ATM Machines

Six Bank of America ATM machines are located throughout the stadium. They can be found on the 100 level main concourse across from sections 113 and 133, on the 300 suite level concourse at the North and South Lounges and on the 500 upper level concourse across from sections 517 and 539.

Banners

The players love to see signs of fan support. The Carolina Panthers may allow a limited number of banners, subject to stadium management approval. In addition, stadium management reserves the right to prohibit banners due to space availability, banner size or message content. Bank of America Stadium Banner Policy

Behavior Policy

We are confident Panthers fans top the NFL in their enthusiasm, team support, hospitality and sportsmanship. Our image is shaped not only by our players, coaches and employees, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a high-energy environment to lend support to our team while maintaining a wholesome family-oriented atmosphere.

To insure that all fans have a pleasant game day experience, each patron should act responsibly and be considerate of others. Fans should also be sensitive to the behavior of their guests. Rules of conduct are printed on the back of each ticket.

Stadium security personnel will respond to complaints of misconduct. Fans who fail to comply with stadium policy after being warned will be subject to ejection or arrest. Multiple violations may result in revocation of ticket privileges. Whether or not certain types of behavior or acts are inappropriate or offensive to others may depend on one’s perspective and values. Stadium management reserves the right to deem an act or exhibited behavior to be inappropriate based on available information and circumstances and take appropriate action.

NFL policy prevents fans from entering the sideline area of the playing field unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized Panthers employee. Violators are subject to arrest.

Camera Policy

Small still cameras are permitted in the stadium. Video cameras are not permitted per NFL rules. Tripods or any other similar equipment that could be a tripping hazard are also not allowed.

Cat Walk

Begin your game day experience on the Cat Walk, a pre-game festivities area located outside the North Gate where all fans can enjoy games, music, entertainment, and appearances by the TopCats and Sir Purr. Activities begin two-and-a-half hours prior to kickoff and conclude at kickoff.

The Carolina Panthers Fun Zone, presented by BlueCross and BlueShield of North Carolina, is a series of interactive football games geared toward children and includes attractions such as a football toss, inflatable obstacle course, stadium bounce and look like a pro.

The Cat Walk features other contests like Panthers trivia, touchdown dancing and the best panther growl. Fans can also visit the Carolina Panthers sponsor tent area for more games, contests, information and giveaways.

Children

Bank of America Stadium was designed for fans of all ages. Please note that every child over the age of 12 months is required to have a game ticket to enter the stadium. Any child under the age of 12 months admitted without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. Adults can register children for the Tag-A-Kid Program at any of the 100 level concourse Guest Services Booths.

Designated Driver

Panthers fans are the best around! That's why the Carolina Panthers and Anheuser-Busch have teamed up to implement the Good Sport program as a thank you to fans who respect the rights of others, drink responsibly, and designate a driver at Panthers home games. Fans may sign up for the program at the Good Sport designated driver booths across from section 123 on the 100 level and 513 on the 500 level. Those who volunteer to be a designated driver have a chance to win Panthers merchandise and other gifts. Winners will be announced during the game.

First Aid

In the event of a medical emergency, please notify one of the event staff or police officers in your area. Carolinas Medical Center emergency care stations are located on the 100 level across from sections 109-110 and 133-134 and on the 500 level across from sections 511-512 and 543-544. Registered nurses, doctors and paramedic units are on duty.

Guest Services

As a convenience to our guests, the Carolina Panthers and The Charlotte Observer provide Guest Services Booths. Guest Services representatives can provide fans with information about the stadium, public transportation, restaurants and hotels and can answer questions for guests with disabilities. Guest Services Booths are located at each entrance gate and next to the 500 level elevator lobbies.

Guests with Disabilities

The three stadium entrance gates (North, East and South) are equipped for accommodating guests with disabilities. Proceed to the extreme right side of the entrance and a stadium employee will assist you if necessary. Guest Services Booths can also answer questions for guests with disabilities. Elevators are available for patrons with disabilities and their immediate party.

Lost and Found

Reports of lost and found items should by made at any Guest Services Booth. Please call the lost and found information line at 704-358-7492 to inquire about lost items.

Lost Children

Parents/guardians reporting or inquiring about lost children should contact the nearest police officer, event staff employee or guest services representative. That person will immediately contact the Public Safety Office with all important information about the child. This information will be disseminated to all relevant parties at the stadium.

If a police officer, an event staff employee or guest services representative finds a lost child, every effort will be made to quickly return the child to the parents/guardians. If a child's seat location can be determined, we will try to return the child to his/her seat. A police officer will stay with the child until the parents/guardians return to their seat. If the parents/guardians cannot be located at their seat location in a reasonable amount of time, the police officer may bring the child to the Public Safety Office until the parties are reunited.

To expedite the return of a lost child back to his/her seat, guests may register their child in the Tag-A-Kid Program at any of the 100 or 500 level concourse Guest Services Booths. If children are not registered each game in the Tag-A-Kid Program, we suggest that parents/guardians place their child's ticket in the child's pocket to expedite their return in the event they become separated from their parents/guardians.

Banner Policy

Purpose

To allow stadium patrons to express their support of teams and/or players by displaying banners within the stadium.

Scope

This policy applies to all patrons without regard to their team preference. Stadium Operations Staff and Game Day employees are prohibited from displaying banners. All banners must comply with NFL guidelines.

Policy

Banners must be football related, contain no commercial messages or logos or political endorsements. Banners should contain no offensive or obscene language. Banners which contain graphic depictions must be in good taste and contain no depictions that would offend or embarrass other patrons. In general, banners should be in good taste. Stadium Management reserves the right to remove any and all banners not in compliance with stadium policy or which, in their sole judgment, may be offensive to others.

Stadium Management reserves the right to approve all banners. In addition, Stadium Management reserves the right to prohibit the displaying of banners due to lack of available space, banner size, materials or message content. Patrons will not be permitted to display more than one banner.

Stadium Management also reserves the right to determine where a banner may be displayed and to move a banner from an area where it is being displayed to another area. Patrons may not always be able to display their banner in their seating area due to a lack of available space.

Hand held signs or banners in the stands must comply with the rules governing message content and may not be affixed to metal rods, wooden posts or any other material that could cause injury to other patrons. Fans displaying signs or banners should not obstruct the view of other patrons.

Stadium Management reserves the right to confiscate banners and/or signs that are not in compliance with this policy or which obstruct the view of others.

Banners may be displayed in the following areas:

On the field wall surrounding the playing surface. No banners may be displayed directly behind the goal posts or over any graphics on the end zone pads or sideline walls.

On the railing in front of the club seating areas and upper end zone sections.

On the railing in front of the seating section in the upper bowl. Please see the exceptions listed below.

On the wall behind the seating sections around the rim of the upper bowl.

No banner may be displayed on the outer rim of the upper deck or from suite windows due to the risk of injury to patrons seated in the lower bowl.

Dimensions, Materials and Mounting Instructions

All banners should be constructed of either vinyl, cloth or other lightweight materials.

Field Wall Surrounding the Playing Surface

Banners displayed on the field wall of the lower level must be no longer or wider than 10 feet and no higher than 5 feet. Banners should have grommets in each top corner and one located in the center. Banners must be affixed by twine or non-metallic ties or other non-metallic material. These specifications would allow the banner to be affixed to the anchor post for the field wall railings, which are 5 feet apart. Banners may not be taped or glued to surfaces surrounding the field walls.

Railing in Front of the Club Seating Areas and Upper End Zone

Banners displayed on the railings in front of the club seating area and upper end zone should either be 5 feet or 10 feet long and be no more than thirty inches high. Banners five feet long should have a grommet in each of the four corners to permit the patron mounting it to tie to the anchor posts, which are five feet apart. Banners which are ten feet long should have a grommet in each of the four corners, as well as one in the center of the top and bottom. Banners displayed in these areas should be tied at the top and bottom to prevent the banner from blowing upward and obstructing other patrons' sight lines. Banners displayed in these areas should never be mounted on uneven railing sections around steps and stairwells and should only be mounted in horizontal sections.

Railing in Front of Seating Sections in Upper Bowl

Banners placed on the railings in front of the seating sections in the upper bowl should either be 5 feet or 10 feet long and no more than 30 inches high.

Banners may not be displayed on the railing in front of the following seating sections in the upper bowl. The railings in these sections are on the outer rim of the upper deck. Displaying banners in these areas would pose a risk of injury to patrons seated in the lower bowl. Prohibited sections are: 501, 502, 504, 506, 508, 548, 550, 552 and 554.

Wall Behind Seating Sections Around the Rim of Upper Bowl

Banners may be displayed on the back wall of the upper deck and to the rear of the seating sections. These banners may not be longer than 10 feet and higher than 4 feet. Due to a concern for patron safety, these banners may not be affixed to the stadium by attempting to tie off or hang them from the rim of the stadium. The only approved method of attaching the banner to the wall will be the use of tape.

Good test to see if the charlotte cops are as quick to the taser as tpd.  Did anyone notice fewer if any tpd cops on the field for the wvu and cincy game.  USF must have kindly asked them not to be down there.
