Although I relate more to the potty mouths, not sure how much the coach's demeanor like that really matters. It's all about the coaching .... That "dad gum", "progrum" stuff worked purty good in Tallahassee for over 30 years.

I would vote for authenticity in whichever direction.

Yes, coaches come in all different types of styles and demeanors.  Coaches also come with similar catch phrases; whether they call it  "changing the culture', or "process". I am sure if you looked at successful coaches in the country you would see a great variety in style. I never criticized the last coach for using the term "changing the culture", i criticized him for not being able to do so. I am sure there are tons of examples where coaches used similar terminology and then found success.

In the end good coaches find a way to win; whether they are so to speak calm or fiery . While we haven't looked great it seems that Coach Golesh does have a knack of winning games. 4 wins 4 losses is a good start.

I don't think you'll find good coaches that lack authenticity when it comes to demeanor. Kind of hard to fake, easy to see through, I'd imagine ....
