Coaches also come with similar catch phrases; whether they call it "changing the culture', or "process". I am sure if you looked at successful coaches in the country you would see a great variety in style. I never criticized the last coach for using the term "changing the culture", i criticized him for not being able to do so. I am sure there are tons of examples where coaches used similar terminology and then found success. In the end good coaches find a way to win; whether they are so to speak calm or fiery . While we haven't looked great it seems that Coach Golesh does have a knack of winning games. 4 wins 4 losses is a good start. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't think you'll find good coaches that lack authenticity when it comes to demeanor. Kind of hard to fake, easy to see through, I'd imagine ....
