I'm ashamed to say it

but in an effort to change up the luck I changed my pregame drink. Fireball quit working years ago. Went to caramel whiskey. Then tried tequila this year which worked for two games. After 2 beat downs with the tequila I actually made a peanut butter and jelly martini. Then switched to bourbon. Don't judge. We won.

For me it's what hat is lucky for me, today i didnt wear one and we ended up winning.

Had to look that up. Had never heard of it before. Not sure I'm young enough to survive that.

It was the initiation shot of turning 21. So about 15 years ago for me.

 

It is Johnny, Jack, Jim, and Jose mixed in a shot. It's as bad as it sounds.

 

I am currently enjoying a EH Taylor Single Barrel. Long way in 15 years.

Have you tried the screwball peanut butter whiskey yet ? It is so good to float in a chocolate porter or brown ale like Maduro from Ybor city . Taste like a reeses cup.

The EH Taylor is more my style now. Have the single barrel and small batch in the liquor cabinet. But drank too much today watching that mess of a game to drink any now.

Used it with Chambord to make the pb&j drink. Have never tried it with beer. Not a huge beer drinker. But if we ever meet up I'd be willing to give it a shot.
