Going to be tough to replace her. I am kind of hoping that her husband stays on for continuity sake, but I imagine he will want to go and help her coach in the pro league. Crazy to think she has been with USF for 17 seasons. She has built the team into a consistent winner, reaching the NCAA tournament in 8 out of the last 9 years and getting as far as the third-round.

The article I saw said he wasn't, but don't know how accurate ...

If I were them, I would hedge in that way to try and get the income that comes with being a college head coach over a fledgling women's pro soccer assistant.

Gotcha.  Just know when I saw she was leaving that it didn't feel good. Be like trying to replace Jose.
